Our Story

Angelica and I are originally from Burbank in Southern California.  We often talked about moving to Utah to raise our girls in a safe and growing State.  We treked out here in 2015 and simply fell in love with the community and opportunities Utah had for us and our girls.  After being here one year we decided that we had had enough of the obvious chain restaurants and put everything on the line and opened Asado Argentinian Grill.  The struggle was real and the 16 hour days were becoming more and more the norm.  The community welcomed us with open arms and our story began.  We soon realized that breakfast was lacking and of course coming from L.A., brunch was something we enjoyed often but we had too much on our plate to even consider opening a completely different style restaurant so we put our heads down and kept working hard.  We have been Blessed to have had the opportunity of employing some amazing individuals through our Journey.   Every member of Asado’s team has made an impact and are the simple reason for our success.   We equally enjoy traveling the world and through our travels we have developed several Menus and the word BRUNCH kept illuminating our path.
